1. Same-Day Shipping & Processing

We offer same-day shipping: All orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day, provided the purchase is completed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

• You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your package is with the courier.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

3. Shipping Restrictions (P.O. Boxes)

Due to the flammable nature of alcohol-based perfumes, shipping regulations may apply to certain regions, P.O. Boxes, or military bases. If any courier restrictions affect your delivery address, our team will reach out to you immediately before dispatching the package.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

La Vie Avenue is not liable for products lost during shipping if an incorrect address was provided. However, if your luxury package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at lavieavenueperfumes@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue and replace your order.
