Return & Refund Policy
At La Vie Avenue, we dedicate ourselves to offering an exceptional luxury fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with your return.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
• Unopened, unworn, and unused (the cellophane wrap and original seal must be intact).
• Inside its original luxury packaging and box.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
1. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at lavieavenueperfumes@gmail.com.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at lavieavenueperfumes@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong fragrance, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Due to hygiene, personal care regulations, and the hazardous nature of flammable liquids (perfumes), we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, or sprayed.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items / Promotional items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the fragrance you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still comply with our eligibility criteria (unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
